David Masters is an experienced digital and technology leader with more than 20 years of international experience delivering IT strategy, transformation and performance improvement across complex and regulated industries. He has held senior leadership roles at Shell and BG Group, where he was responsible for driving large-scale change across upstream, downstream, and corporate functions.
David now consults with organisations looking to modernise their technology estate, improve delivery performance, or navigate complex change. He brings deep hands-on experience from both business-facing and IT leadership roles, with a strong track record in aligning digital capabilities to strategic and operational outcomes.
His work has spanned Europe, Africa and Asia, where he has led multi-million-pound programmes, turned around underperforming initiatives, and built high-performing teams that deliver measurable results.
David combines strategic clarity with practical delivery, helping organisations move from aspiration to execution with confidence. His areas of expertise include IT and digital strategy; mergers and acquisitions—covering both due diligence and post-merger integration; IT operating model and organisation design; platform and enterprise architecture within SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft environments; service management and vendor performance; programme turnaround and delivery assurance; IT infrastructure and country entry setup in emerging markets; and data-led, customer-centric transformation.

Laura has led large-scale transformation and change across diverse sectors, from healthcare and logistics to utilities and politically sensitive environments. A natural connector and problem solver, she has a track-record in stakeholder engagement and effective people management.
