Andries is a senior all-round commercial Supply Chain/ Procurement leader with a wealth of skills and experiences to share. He held Procurement Leadership positions, managing (global) spend portfolios of up to $2bln and achieving savings of up to $80mln p.a. Andries led, developed, motivated and supported international, diverse, (global, virtual) teams of up to 60 FTE, in challenging business environments. Led larger indirect communities of practice. Andries managed a multitude of spend categories, in B2C and B2B businesses, and engaged with a large variety of stakeholders and supply markets.
